is a solo practitioner in Erie, PA. Before going into private practice,
he served as Regional Counsel and as an Assistant Counsel for the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Protection ("DEP"), Northwest Region. Before
joining the DEP, Mr. Wolford served as a prosecutor for the Office of
Attorney General, Environmental Crimes Section; and also as a civil litigation
attorney for the Office of Attorney General, Torts Litigation Section.

the Office of Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney for the Western
District of Pennsylvania; and he was a member of the U.S. Attorney's
Law Enforcement Coordinating Committee for the Western District of Pennsylvania,

is currently a Council member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's
Environmental, Mineral, and Natural Resources Law Section, and was previously
a contributing feature editor for the Section's newsletter. He has lectured
for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the U.S. EPA (NETI), the DEP, the
Erie County Bar Association, PA's Minor Judiciary, and various other

a course on environmental law. He has also taught at Allegheny College
in Meadville, PA, and Thiel College in Greenville, PA.

and his Juris Doctorate degree from the Temple University School of
Law. He is currently a member of the Erie County, Pennsylvania, and
